The Rising Star Award is a new, free to enter vote for this year which is offered to all companies who enter our awards.

This additional opportunity will allow you to nominate a budding member of your team, working within your organisation who has demonstrated exceptional promise and who has already made a strong impact for the company within their role.

You will find the free nomination section at the bottom of every ERA 2025 entry form. Please kindly note that there will be no finalist list displayed for this category and the winner will be announced on the night of the awards

To nominate, we will require name, job title, company and length of time in their role plus up to 500 words to tell why you think they deserve to be acknowledged for their work.
